Game Rules
Here above are the BattleStick rules.

Username rules
It is forbidden to create nicknames that:

—Contain bad or strong language, insults/provocations for insult (in the form of words, abbreviations, expressions or phrases).
—Contain elements of racism, fascism, insults or nicknames based on racial, national or religious identity.
—Contain calls for violence, terrorism, extremism and/or mass disturbances.
—Contain political solicitation, propaganda, political advertising of any kind.
—Are directly or indirectly related to political organizations (persons), political crimes commitors, terrorists names.


Activities
Actions that will lead to the permanent or temporary blocking of a User’s Account:

—Automatisation of gameplay, including botting (use of software that imitates the actions of Users in the Game), use of clicker programs, macros that control mouse and keyboard, use of other third-party software for obtaining advantages in the Game.
—Application or distribution of third-party software or other means for improvement/automation of game possibilities (bots, cheats etc.).
—Battles between accounts owned by the same User. (Powerleveling).


Forum Rules
Please follow every section's rules before posting a topic or commenting on it.

Actions that will lead to a permanent or temporary ban of a User's Forum Account:

Double posting - reproduce already existing topics or messages.
Spamming - repeating the same useless message in one post or other posts.
Keyboard-spam - continuous use of caps, repetitive, unreadable letters and characters, symbols in a post.
Going off-topic - commenting on a topic which is not related to the thing you said.

Definitions

battlestick.io: is a product of Battlestick;
battlestick.net game: means the online multiplayer game entitled battlestick.io, as available on the Site and includes all related games, software, applications, products or services relating to the battlestick.net Game;
BattleStick: is the owner of all intellectual property rights (“IPRsâ€Â) in the Site and battlestick.io;
Intellectual Property: means all registered and unregistered (whether capable of registration or not) IPRs), including but not limited to copyright, design, goodwill, graphics, images, patents and trade marks;
Site: means the URL at www.battlestick.net
We, our or us: means BattleStick; and
You: means the actual or potential user of the Site and all current or future battlestick.net games.

9. Upload any skins or use any names on any stickman that we deem to be offensive or that you are not authorised to use.

We reserve the right to remove any material, and, if we deem appropriate, to turn over to law enforcement officials, any material that is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to remove messages or postings that do not pertain to the designated topic or theme of the service as determined by us.

We also reserve the right to comply with any order or otherwise cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding the identification of any user alleged to be using the Site or battlestick.net Game in violation of the law.

Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable website. However, there may be times when the Site and/or battlestick.net Game are unavailable due to the maintenance of the system or technical problems.
